The bed and saddle adopt a large-span linear rail structure to reduce overhang, improve saddle rigidity, and be more conducive to high-speed movement and long-term stable accuracy. The Three Wires Vertical Machining Center emphasizes accuracy and reliability, providing a unique approach for high-speed and precise production processes. At the same time, the "A"-shaped large-span structure at the bottom of the column, the symmetrical large-span structure of the spindle box, the short cantilever, and the rearward shift of the center of gravity improve the Z-axis cutting stability.
