The uniformed base adopts the high-rigidity inverted T-box structure, combined with the long-span track design, to ensure the most stable support rigidity under the condition of rapid axial feed.

The column adopts the moving frame double-layer rear wall low center of gravity structure, strong cutting operation is stable, reduce cutting vibration.

Rotary table, optional CNC indexing accuracy 0.001° or precision mouse tooth disc indexing accuracy 1°, to achieve accurate rotation indexing positioning.

The spindle box adopts lightweight and rigid symmetrical structure to reduce its own deformation and thermal deformation, and has high dynamic response.

The three-axis adopts the ultra-rigid roller linear slide, which combines the heavy cutting rigidity of the hard rail with the fast movement and low wear of the linear slide, and the rigidity and control are greatly improved.
