Ck6140 High-Precision CNC Horizontal Lathe for Professional Machining

The CK6140 Series CNC Horizontal Lathe is a top-of-the-line machine tool designed for precision and performance. With its advanced control system and high-precision tooling system. The CK6140 Series CNC Horizontal Lathe delivers high precision, powerful performance and exceptional rigidity through optimized structural design. Engineered as the premier solution for machining shafts, discs, sleeves, special contours and threaded components.

KND or wide numerical control system and full digital AC servo system, X, Z axis are adopted semi-closed loop control, ball screw pair adopts C3 level precision roll screw, electrical components are imported or domestic well-known brands, in line with CE or domestic 3C certification. The machine tool is equipped with domestic famous brand vertical four-station CNC tool holder, which can be equipped with six stations or eight stations horizontal electric tool holder. The tool holder has the characteristics of high positioning accuracy, high strength, good seismic performance and so on. The machine tool is inspected in strict accordance with the inspection procedure before leaving the factory. Each machine tool adopts laser interferometer to detect the positioning accuracy of X and Z axis and repeated positioning accuracy to ensure the accuracy of the machine tool is stable and reliable.
