Multifunctional Heavy Gantry Machining Center

Gantry Machining Center with high rigidity gantry structure, large travel table and precision drive system, become the industry benchmark for efficient processing of heavy and large parts. High strength cast iron bed and double column design to ensure cutting stability, can cope with steel, cast iron, aluminum alloy and other materials strong milling, drilling and tapping. Equipped with high-speed spindle (optional 12,000-20,000rpm) and automatic tool changing device (tool storage capacity of more than 30), to achieve complex surface and high-precision hole position of rapid processing. The five-axis optional version further expands the machining capability of shaped parts, combined with the intelligent compensation function of numerical control systems (such as Siemens and Fanuc), and the positioning accuracy can reach ±0.005mm.
